My first official secret...
*I'm 17, completing my senior year in high school. I got my test results back after a biopsy. It's positive. They're giving me about a year to live unless I start treatment. I'm not going to start treatment, and I'm not telling anyone. I'm just going to live.
I encourage you all to share your secrets with me....

Awww.. that is soo sad.. I'm sure this girl means a lot to soo many people.. and your right this made me almost in tears also.. i hope this girl changes her mind.. she has so much ahead of her...

That is heartbreaking, but I understand. I hope that she knows though that chemo is not as bad as it used to be (side effects are less and there are more options) and depending on the type of cancer it could be very treatable. I hope that before she decides not to get treatment she does get all the facts on treatment. And then, I hope she has a wonderful year and that she makes sure to tell everyone she loves how much she loves them.
